Time is Running Out to take advantage of the Federal Housing Tax Credit on a newly built home!

Five of the top local Stark County builders are holding a Tax Credit Tour of Homes on January 31 and February 7, 2010.

The Federal Housing Tax Credit – $8,000 for first-time home buyers, and $6,500 for qualifying repeat home buyers – dictates that for new construction, the homes must be substantially completed by June 30, 2010.  There has never been such an incentive to build a new home … but in order to complete the home by June 30, you need to get it started soon!

On January 31 and February 7, come meet 5 local builders and:

  • Get detailed information on the Tax Credit
  • Review floor plans, options, models, and generate ideas
  • Review available lots in Stark and surrounding counties
