The Newbern has been a long-time favorite of our buyers, now updated to make it open and flowing! The front has been enhanced with a Craftsman-style front elevation with columns and a covered front porch, along with accent stone work and shake siding.
Entering in through the front door, the foyer featuers a front door with 2 sidelights and a coat closet. The Kitchen includes an eat-in Dinette, Breakfast Bar, and a view from the kitchen sink looking into the Great Room and Fireplace.
The open great room includes a cathedral ceiling, space for a large formal dining room table, and a direct-vent fireplace flanked by windows. An optional Garden Room off the rear provides windows on 3 walls, and a large sliding glass patio door to the rear.
The Master Suite includes a linen shelf, large walk-in closet, and 5′ shower unit for easy access. The spare bedroom has flexibility that could allow it to serve as a Den.
An optional upstairs finished area could provide a third bedroom and third bathroom for those needing more sleeping areas.
