Once we’ve designed your house and visited your site, we’ll provide you with an upfront price with realistic allowances to include everything you’ve told us you want in your new house.  Our standard pricing INCLUDES everything you would need to build in a development in Stark County with a 40′ setback – permits, utility runs, concrete driveway, and sewer & water tap fees.

Making selections for a new home can be a daunting task. We’ve created our design center to allow you to make most of your selections right here, with the help of a certified design professional.
