First, pick your plan from our library and let us know what you like or don’t like about it. We’ll modify it to meet your needs, and work to customize your house to make it truly yours.

Upfront, realistic pricing

Once we’ve designed your house and visited your site, we’ll provide you with an upfront price with realistic allowances to include everything you’ve told us you want in your new house.  Our standard pricing INCLUDES everything you would need to build in a development with a 40′ setback – permits, utility runs, concrete driveway, and sewer & water tap fees (allowances include fees for Stark County, other counties may vary).

Building a new home can be a daunting task.  We work hard to take care of the details and let you work on the fun part – choosing the components to make your house uniquely yours.  We’ll even help with the selections if you want.  We make it an organized process so you know what to expect along the way.
