What does “Custom” mean to us?
“Custom”-built homes is probably one of the most over-used terms used by homebuilders today. So it begs the question – what does it mean?
To us, it means more than letting you choose your paint colors and cabinets. It’s a process, starting with a discussion about how your family lives, what spaces you need, how you envision your needs will change over time. What your sense of style is, where your budget is. Starting with one of our innovative, current floor plans, we will work with you to alter our designs to meet your changing needs, fit in your neighborhood or land, and put together a complete package that you will be as proud of as we are.
Then comes the fun part – selecting your finishes. Again, we’ll work with you the entire way to guide you in the selections process, helping where necessary to give you the style you desire.
We also believe that custom building means working with a single point of contact throughout the process. As a local, family-owned business, you’ll work with decision-makers, not employees following a corporate handbook.
Our goal is to build you a home you’ll love, within your budget, with a process that makes it fun and exciting. It’s one of the single biggest investments you’ll make in your life, and we’re excited to be a part of it!
