The Internal Revenue Service has enhanced its information available on the Homebuyer Tax Credit! New offerings include videos in both English and Spanish offering details, qualifications, and other important information. Visit their site at:

The house must be completed by June 30, 2010 to qualify, and all indications are that the IRS will NOT extend the date beyond June. If you have wanted to build a new home, now is the time!

Big News! The Worker, Homeownership, and Business Assistance Act of 2009 has EXTENDED and EXPANDED the Homebuyer Tax Credit!

Since the first-time homebuyer tax credit was such a success, the federal government has extended the tax credit of up to $8,000 for qualified first-time home buyers purchasing a principal residence. It also authorized a tax credit of up to $6,500 for qualified repeat home buyers.

Combined with the current aggressive housing pricing available today, along with extremely low interest rates, the tax credit makes NOW a great time to buy a new home – whether you’re a first-time homebuyer or a repeat buyer!
