This week is an exciting week at the Villas of Mudbrook! We are breaking ground on the Wilmington, our first new villa plan for 2011. Speaking of firsts, this is our first villa plan boasting a three car garage! Built on a full basement, with three bedrooms, den and 2.5 baths, this home comes in just under 2,000 square feet. That will put to rest the idea that downsizing means giving up spacious living space and precious storage.
